We are currently working on delivering a residential townhouse estate in Hope Island for a property developer. The scope of this project involves the creation of 42 townhouse with bulk earthworks, stormwater, sewer, water and internal plumbing services.
Project Scope
We were engaged by Unison Projects to undertake the civil works for this $1.9 million subdivision on the Gold Coast. Working alongside L+R Consulting Engineers, our team is delivering earthworks, roadworks and underground services that form the essential foundations of the development.
