We recently delivered a residential subdivision project at Victoria Point for an over 50s lifestyle community developer. This project involved civil engineering works to transform the land into an integrated over 50s community.
Project Scope
We were contracted by Ingenia Communities to deliver the civil engineering project to enable this over 50s lifestyle community development. Our team completed bulk earthworks, stormwater, sewer and water infrastructure as well as all internal and external roads and retaining walls for the 86 lot development. The total project value was $5 million delivered over a 6 month timeframe.
Ingenia Communities is a leading Australian developer and operator of seniors lifestyle communities. We were pleased to partner with Ingenia on this project to deliver the civil works and infrastructure to support the development of their new over 50s lifestyle community at Victoria Point.
