We recently completed a 38 lot residential subdivision project in Moreton Bay. This project involved civil engineering works to transform the site into a community of 38 housing lots.
Project Scope
We were contracted to deliver the civil engineering works for this 38 lot housing subdivision. Our team completed all bulk earthworks, stormwater, sewer and water infrastructure as well as internal and external roadworks. The total project value was $3 million delivered over a 4 month timeframe.
Our client focuses on residential subdivision projects across Moreton Bay Region. We were pleased to partner with them and the project’s consulting engineers Burchills Engineering to successfully deliver this new 38 lot development on time and within budget expectations.
