We are currently working on delivering a residential estate in the Ormeau for a property developer. The scope of this community involves the creation of 18 residential lots with bulk earthworks, roadworks and underground services.
Project Scope
We were engaged by MLH-7 to undertake the civil works for this $2.5 million residential subdivision in Ormeau. Working closely with OSKA Consulting Group, our team is delivering essential infrastructure, including roadworks, stormwater management, and underground services that form the foundation of the development. These works will support a well-planned, fully serviced community and enable future housing delivery.
