We recently completed a townhouse development project at Joyce Street, Burpengary for a residential property developer. This project involved civil engineering works to transform the site into a community of 64 townhouse lots.
Project Scope
We were contracted by Sherlock Homes to deliver the civil engineering project to enable this townhouse development. Our team completed bulk earthworks, stormwater, sewer and water infrastructure as well as all internal and external roads for the 64 lot development. The total project value was $2 million delivered over a 4 month timeframe.
Sherlock Homes is a boutique property developer focused on residential townhouse projects across Brisbane.
