We are currently working on delivering a residential housing estate on Brygron Creek Road, Upper Coomera for the Gallery Homes. This project involves extensive civil works, including tree clearing, bulk earthworks, retaining walls, road construction and underground services to support an 85-lot residential community.
Project Scope
We were engaged by Gallery Homes to deliver the civil works for this new subdivision, working closely with Pinnacle Engineering to construct essential infrastructure, including roadworks and underground services. Our team is focused on delivering a high-quality outcome that supports the northern Gold Coast’s continued growth. Once complete, the project will enhance the region’s residential offering by providing well-connected, thoughtfully planned home sites that support future community development and contribute to a stronger, more accessible neighbourhood for local residents.
