Stratum

Stratum is a contemporary Gold Coast residence defined by bold form, layered materials and a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. Built with direct golf course views within a well connected and safe community. 

Designed by Joe Adsett, the home was named Stratum, a term meaning layers, reflecting the architectural language of the design. Expressed through linear brickwork and stacked materials, the house is conceptually built in layers, with a strong base anchoring lighter elements above.

The name also carries a deeper connection, paying homage to the foundations of our business. Just as the company is built on strength, structure and precision, the home embodies these same principles; purposefully crafted from the ground up.
