We are currently working on Stage 1 of a 74 lot subdivision in the Mirani for a residential property developer. The scope in Stage 1 of this large scale residential community project involves the completion of 74 lots through bulk earthworks, roadworks, underground services, roadworks and external road upgrades.
Project Scope
We were contracted by Certainty Wealth to deliver the civil engineering works for Riverbend, a large-scale residential development in the Mackay region. Our team is currently completing the bulk earthworks for Stage 1, supporting the foundation of this new community. The total project value for Stage 1 is $10 million, reflecting the scale and significance of the works.
Once complete, Riverbend will enhance Mackay’s residential offering by providing modern, well-located housing options with strong connectivity. We are proud to contribute to a project that will support the region’s continued growth and development.
