We are currently working on delivering 16 townhouse lots in the Park Ridge for a residential developer. The scope of this project involves earthworks, building pads & walls, roadworks, stormwater management & stormwater drainage.
Project Scope
We were contracted by Homecorp Constructions to deliver the civil engineering works for this new residential community in Park Ridge. Our team is currently completing Stage 1, which includes the construction of key civil infrastructure to support future stages and ensure a high-quality development outcome. The total project value for Stage 1 was $2.2 million, reflecting the scale and importance of the works. We are proud to partner with Homecorp on this growing community and look forward to contributing to its successful delivery.
